In order to obtain a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, the Bride and Groom must go together to:

The fee for marriage licenses in Clark County is $55 (cash only).

There is no waiting period in Clark County, nor is a blood test required. Legal proof of age is required. The license is good for up to 1 year after the issue date.

If you have been divorced, you are not required to bring the divorce decree, however, the divorce must be final and you must know the exact date and location of the divorce.
